Board Members

Constance Nixon

  • Constance is a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner, a mother of three, a wife, and a friend — and at the heart of it all, she is deeply passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of her community. Her career has taken her through emergency medicine, immigration healthcare, and community-based work supporting women and children, giving her a first-hand view of the gaps mothers and families fall through, and the drive to help close them, particularly around maternal mental health. That drive has shaped her volunteer work as well, first with Helping Mamas in Atlanta alongside her children and now with Baby2Baby in Los Angeles.

    Originally from northern France and raised in Atlanta, Constance has called Los Angeles home for the past ten years. When she's not working, you'll find her keeping up with her three kids, camera in hand for the next family adventure, or curled up with a good memoir — always finding new ways to capture and hold onto the moments that matter most.

Christina D’Ambrosio

  • As Vice President of Impact 100 Los Angeles, Christina brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with a passion for empowering women, strengthening families, and creating meaningful community impact. She has served as both a founding member and board member of professional women's organizations and currently volunteers with Baby2Baby. As a full-time mom, she is especially inspired by Impact 100's mission to make philanthropy more accessible by lowering the barrier to giving. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
